Mr. Perel 's 19 years of financial, deal-making and managerial experience in Israel and abroad include his tenure as an Executive Vice President at IDB, Israel's largest conglomerate, where he was responsible for international investments.
Before joining IDB,
Mr. Perel was Executive Vice President of Clal Insurance, Israel's largest insurance company.
Mr. Perel established Clal Finance, Israel's largest non-bank financial services firm, and served as its CEO. Before that, he was CEO of Evergreen Investment Management, the asset management and corporate finance arm of the Evergreen Investments Group.

Ms. Cohen was previously an Investment Banker for over 4 years at Gmul Sahar Underwriters, of which one and a half years as the Managing Director of the firm.
Ms. Cohen holds a BA in Economics and Business Management from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA from the Tel- Aviv University.

Prior to joining Wanaka, Mr. Ben Yeshaya served as the head of private equity and head of research at Clal Insurance, Israel's largest insurance company.
Previously, he was a Senior Equity Analyst at Gmul Sahar Securities research department.
Ben Yeshaya holds an MBA and a BA of Economics from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Prior to joining Wanaka, Dr. Shani was the General Manager and founder of Kineticure ltd., an IBV group company, which developed advanced solutions for arthritis. He led the company from inception to an exit stage and was also a team member of the screening & due diligence team of IBV group.
Dr Shani has diversified hands-on experience in different stages and aspects of medical devices and biotechnology projects. Once a family physician, Dr. Shani holds an M.D. and M.B.A degrees, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Prior to joining Kamin, Mr. Shalev served as the CEO of Gmul Investment Company Ltd, a publicly-traded Israeli investment company, dealing in investments in several sectors, including: Real estate, communications, investment funds, financial investments and capital market operations.
Before that, Mr. Shalev served in several positions in Bank Hapoalim Group, including as head of the unit which managed the equity investment portfolio of the Bank, a portfolio whose assets are valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.
Mr. Shalev holds an MBA and a BA of Economics and statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Prior to joining Kamin, Mr. Ramot served as the General Manager of Fattal European Hotels Fund, a private investment fund focusing on acquisition of hotels in Europe.
Before that, he served in Singer Barnea Investment House in several positions, including the Managing Director of the firm.
Mr. Ramot holds an MBA from the Tel-Aviv University and a BA in Business Management and Information Technologies from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya.
